The Bible is Complete and Indestructible
When you begin a trip somewhere, it is good to know that the map you are using to guide you is complete. That is, it contains the directions to all of the roads you might travel down and all the directions are correct. The most frustrating thing to discover is an incomplete map! It is also good to have a map that will not tear, fade, or change on you. Can you imagine if all the roads on a map suddenly rearranged themselves?! It would be chaos. Do not fear! Not only is God's word complete but it is indestructible, as well.

John 16:13 - Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, [that] shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. |

2 Peter 1:3 According as
his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness,
through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: |
|
Acts 20:27 For I have not
shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God. |

Matthew 24:35 Heaven and
earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. 1 Peter 1:25 But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you. |
It is good to know that the Bible is eternal and that the Bible is complete in what it tells us. If the Bible doesn't talk about it, it is not important to life and godliness and we shouldn't worry about it.
